Preschool Programs Available for 3 & 4-Year-Olds.

Tuscola County Preschools

Tuscola County offers high-quality preschool programs for 3 and 4-year-old children. The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is a state-funded program, and Head Start is federally funded. Both are free to qualifying families. Age, income, and other factors determine your child’s eligibility. Programs are offered throughout the county, most offering transportation, and all include free meals.
